JOB DUTIES: Responsible for high volume line cooking, as well as writing and implementing recipe cards. Primary duties are Banquet production and execution.
QUALIFICATIONS: At least 2 years high volume line cook experience. Prior experience in producing banquet and convention food service required. Must be a self starter and be able to multi-task. Must have hospitality focused qualities and courteous demeanor. Valid Food Handler card required before start of employment. Need to have knowledge of serve safe. Must be able to work a flexible schedule, and have knowledge of writing and implementing recipe cards. Must be willing to actively support the Hotel's environmentally responsible business practices.
