Job Title:

Busser (Part-Time)

Job Description:

JOB DUTIES:
To greet guests in a friendly manner, setup and promptly clear tables, as well as, stock service stations and maintain the buffet as assigned. Will also assist in general cleaning and maintenance of the restaurants department. 

QUALIFICATIONS:
Candidate must be able to meet high physical demand of position, including lifting up to fifty (50) lbs., and standing for long periods of time. Stable work history, good work ethic, team player approach, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment required. Must have hospitality-focused qualities and a courteous demeanor. Must speak and understand English. Must have availability to be scheduled for AM & PM shifts with minimal schedule restrictions. Position will include weekends and holidays. Must have valid Food Handler's card prior to start of employment in restaurant. Job Description:

JOB DUTIES:
To serve food and beverages to customers while providing courteous, professional, efficient service and ensuring customer satisfaction.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum of two years prior serving and/or bartending experience. Valid Food Handler and OLCC cards required prior to working first shift. Excellent communication skills, ability to stand for long hours, and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment also required. Candidates must possess hospitality-focused qualities and a courteous demeanor. Flexibility with scheduling to include availability for evening shift work until closing. First Cook

Job Description:

 JOB DUTIES:
Responsible for cooking of soups, sauces, banquet food & kitchen sanitation.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Required: Must have at least 2 years cooking experience (can include school experience) including line and prep cook experience. Must have banquet experience and be able to multi-task. Must have a vast array of cooking different cuisines and food dishes. Must have hospitality-focused qualities and a courteous demeanor. Valid Food Handler card required before start of employment. Need to have knowledge of serve safe or ASL. Availability should include any day of the week for AM shifts (4:30AM to 1:30PM, or as necessary to meet business demands).

Job Title:

Prep Cook (2)

Job Description:

JOB DUTIES:  To complete banquet prep functions and produce / maintain a quality food product.  Must use proper food handling, and storage techniques and follow all kitchen sanitation standards.  Position involves banquet prep, food handling / storage and help with commissary duties in addition to working the restaraunt line when necesssary.          

QUALIFICATIONS:  Must have six months of kitchen (prep/cook/school) experience.  Must be available for shifts any day of the week, AM or PM (Anticipated shifts will be 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM, or as needed to meet business demands.)  Must have hospitality-focused qualities and a courteous demeanor.  Valid Food Handler's Card required before start of employment.  One year of kitchen experience may be helpful but is not required.  Good communication skills are a must.   Must actively support the hotel's environmentally responsible business practices and embrace our Declaration of Excellence.

Job Title:

Room Attendent (2)

Job Description:

 JOB DUTIES:
Responsible for cleaning and maintaining the guest rooms, public areas, back of the house areas, such as, the linen room and laundry areas at a level that meets or exceeds company standards. Position includes cleaning up to twenty or more rooms a day in limited time, while also passing "white glove" inspections.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Required: Must be able to follow verbal instructions. Six months successful hotel housekeeping experience or six months of full-time work experience requiring physical skill and exertion (for example: janitorial, warehouse, agricultural or light industrial) required. Must be available to work 7 days/wk from 8AM to 6PM (or as needed to meet business demands) along with weekends and holidays. Must have hospitality-focused qualities and courteous demeanor.  Must be willing to support the hotel's environmentally responsible business practices as well as embrace our Declaration of Excellence.

Job Title:

Conference Service Attendant (Part-Time)

Job Description:

JOB DUTIES:
Responsible for serving food and beverages in a professional manner at assigned EMC functions including; working closely with the Kitchen and EMC Managers on duty to set-up and service functions to exceed client expectations.

QUALIFICATIONS: 
Ability to multi-task and handle a fast-paced work environment are required.  A valid Food Handlers card required before start of employmnet.  Must be able to lift up to 50lbs. and handle physical demands of job:  set-up and strike meeting rooms with attention to detail and cleanliness.  Basic computer and projector problem solving skills helpful, though not required.  Hours will primarily be 12PM to 8PM (or as necessary to meet business demands).  Weekends and holidays may also be necessary.  Must have hospiatlity-focused qualities and a courteous demeanor.  Must be willing to actively support the hotel's environmentally responsible business practices and embrace our Declaration of Excellence.

Job Description:

JOB DUTIES:

QUALIFICATIONS: 
Must be available most Weekdays/Weekends/Holidays for various shifts with minimal schedule restrictions (most shifts will be 6AM - 2PM and/or 3PM - 12AM, or as necessary to meet business demands). Candidate must have good communication skills, type a minimum of 30 words per minute, and be able to operate a computer and basic software including Microsoft Word. Job Title:

Mid Houseperson / Lobby Attendant

Job Description:

JOB DUTIES:
Responsible for stocking of housekeeping supplies for the various housekeeping functions in the hotel and cleaning guest hallways (including but not limited to stocking the linen room and ice machine, cleaning carpets, walls and floors). Responsible for cleaning lobby and other public business areas of the hotel.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Must have good communication skills and be able to push 200 lbs., lift 50 lbs & otherwise meet the high physical demands of the position. Must be available to work any day of the week (generally 2PM to 10PM) along with weekends and holidays. Must also be able to work independently. Must have hospitality-focused qualities and a courteous demeanor. Housekeeping and/or hotel experience helpful, though no required. Must actively support the hotel's environmentally responsible business practices and embrace our Declaration of Excellence.

Night Lobby Attendant

Job Description:

JOB DUTIES:
Night Lobby is responsible for cleaning the lobby, as well as, other public and business areas of the hotel at night.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Candidate needs strong communication skills, and to be customer service oriented; must be able to lift at least 30 lbs. and push a 200 lb. cart. Previous housekeeping, night lobby, and/or hotel experience may be helpful though not required. Position requires weekday availability with minimal schedule restrictions (weekends and holidays included). Shifts will primarily be between 3 p.m. and 1 a.m., or as necessary to meet business demands. Must have hospitality focused qualities and courteous demeanor, and be committed to actively support the hotel's environmentally responsible business practices and embrace our Declaration of Excellence.

Convention Services

Job Title:

Convention Services Coordinator

Job Description:

JOB DUTIES:
Position provides administrative support to convention services managers by performing office duties including but not limited to, generating documents, reporting, and customer service. Coordinator will also be responsible for servicing assigned groups by coordinating details to create successful events.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Candidate must demonstrate a professional attitude, and be able to provide exceptional customer service. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required; must be organized and be able to multi-task with accuracy and attention to detail. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Must be available Monday through Friday between the hours of 8AM and 5PM (hours may vary). Delphi software and previous administrative/convention services experience preferred.
